「パリピ孔明」は、誰が思いついたのか、バカな設定のアニメだ、そして前向きなアニメだ。

"Ya Boy Kongming!" has, I don't know that who come up with it, a foolish story-setting, and is a forward-looking anime.
8話までみた。諸葛亮孔明が現代日本の渋谷に転生し、売れない歌手に仕えるという設定で、その歌姫を売り出す戦略を練る、というシンデレラストーリーであり異世界転生・転移ものの変形。
I watched to the episode 8. Zhuge Liang Kongming (181 - 234, a strategist and statesman in ancient China) reincarnates to Shibuya, Tokyo in the present Japan from the Three Kingdoms period (220–280) in ancient China. That is story-setting of the anime.
Thereat he serves an un-famous diva, and plans promotional strategies for the diva as his lord. That is a variant of the Cinderella story and the reincarnation / transition into another world story.
異世界転生ものは、昨今隆盛するライトノベル(ジュヴナイルの一種、略称ラノベ、主客層が若いネトウヨ)のなかで流行っている分野。

Therefore, I guess that win popularity among Neto-uyo stories which be removed from modern Japan (where they loved) or be ousted to the another world, then the protagonist lives a peaceful life in or conquer the world.

Kongming in the anime came to reincarnate to the present Japan since he wish for a peaceful world into advanced age. Then he has felt the uncertainty of history for the downfall of Shu (221 - 263, his homeland, one of the Chinese dynasties), while philosophically sees living people in time-streams in future far after the downfall.
